Debbie Arnold, Quiller
Debbie creates traditional, and modern quilled art pieces. Debbie says there are so many possibilities from one simple coiled shape. She never gets tired of trying new things or finding new ways to recreate the old. She enjoys quilling florals, but also enjoys quilling sea shells, butterflies, birds, and anything organic in nature. Debbie is a member of the North American Quilling Guild(NAQG).
Patsy Keller, Glass Artist
Patsy was thrilled the addition of a larger kiln to her studio allowed her to create larger art glass pieces and to further expand avenues for her creativity. All of her works are original designs. Patsy’s fused pieces are created from hand cut, tested compatible art glass and often include dichroic glass or mica. She fuses the glass in a kiln at temperatures up to 1450°. Most designs require several firings each taking 8-16 hours. Since glass has a mind of its own, each finished piece is unique. Patsy’s designs bring out the elegance and grace inherent in glass, creating pieces that seem to “flow”.
