Inspiration in Your Pocket 

with Laurie Smith, Mixed Media 

Whether you call it a personal altar or a travel shrine, these are fun to make for yourself or for a gift. Starting with a repurposed mint tin, choose an inspirational word or favorite quote for a theme. Then, embellish your creation with fabric, paper, ribbon, washi tape, and tiny treasures from nature or elsewhere. Laurie will provide a variety of supplies and instruction. If you are spring cleaning your craft supplies, or have small special objects that you are not sure what to do with, here is your opportunity to highlight them in their very own “home” – or, bring to share with others in class. You will love your finished mini-masterpiece!
