Make your own Field Notes® journal cover from scratch, not a kit! Learn to cut pattern pieces out of undyed tooling leather, stamp designs into it, and punch stitching holes. Choose from several colors of dye for the finish, and take a lunch break while it dries. Then sew it all together with a neat saddle stitch, finish the edges, and show off your work! All tools and materials provided, along with a 48-page Field Notes booklet. Design features interior pockets, a card pocket, and pen/pencil loop. A fun class that can get noisy and a bit messy-dress accordingly!
Deb teaches workshops in leather tooling, doll making and costuming at miniatures shows throughout the US, and also at the IGMA (International Guild of Miniature Artisans) Guild School.
